lurkerloo, I would not at all be surprised if NG and Arbonne products have a great deal of commonality. Thanks for the great insight into your VP emails. Like I said before, if yours was someone well known to P&C or Stian, she probably would be told who complained, in spite of the confidentiality requirement. As Field Support has no dealings with compliance issues, it is normal that "one of us" would have to ask you to email P&C. That was our directive from them and from upper management.

That's funny that your RVP told you that she could not explain the Performance Account! If she is an RVP, she darn well KNOWS what it is and how it works and she is shirking some of her P&P REQUIRED responsibility. But what's new about that?

Ruben-- It has to be a case of extreme hardship as defined solely and exclusively by the compliance dept and Stain Morck. There is not written definition of hardship that I ever saw. I do know that compliance was getting a lot of emails on this because I was forwarding those to P&C as part of my last job with the company which was "answering" the emails. Answering is in quotes because 90% of the answers were predetermined templates that we were supposed to stick to. And no Ruben , you couldn't just take some of your downline, it would have to be all or none.

And let me reiterate how wonderful it is to be out of the orange fog on the corporate side and into the bright sunshine of truth with you all.

I have to admit this whole thing about BH winning that E & Y award really bothers me. I just googled and found info on the Entrepeneur of the Year award and it looks like he is just one of the winners from the Orange County section. Apparently there will be one big winner in November in Palm Springs. I did notice there was contact info if anyone wanted to clue them in as to what dear ol' BH was really like in a business kind of way.... If a bunch of us did and supplied proof, that perhaps could start something....

And to the question, no I am not in the Nichols but our team was conneted with them, I think they called it mentoring. I have met several from their team though and I have to say they are even slimier than what I went through.

Eric you stated that there was alot of returns due to "allergic reactions"..well having worked in the medical field for over 25 years...it just seems odd to me that no one has talked about the potential for a life threatening infection...such as staph or some other kind of fungal/flesh eating bacteria..these are very real and increasing daily..and absolutely could be harbored/transferred with a used re9 set...does arbonne not get that this will be legal issue...?

Eric I would like to thank you for being the ONLY person who represnted Arbonne with integrity and coming here to show your support to this companies victims. I joined Arbonne June 14, 2006 in Hawaii at a total of $1890.95. My cousin who brought me in joined at $2098.00. We were both told that the only options to joinging this 'wonderful' company was $29, $1625, & $2000. We didn't join at $29 because we were told that you can't build a business under that. We asked if there was any other way that we could come in at to attain financial freedom and we were told NO but a women we'll call Al. She told us that in two months we'll make back this money so do what ever we can to get it. She also said that she couldn't put through our Agreement without our large order. She then enrolled all of us on her own placing people under her family members - (who we later learned came in at $650.00 or less). We didn't even know who our upline was! After reading their Policies and Procedures manual my cousin & I along with our downlines (six total) came to realize that according to THEIR handbook we were 'fraudulently enrolled' by Al, 'stacked', and charged to attend meetings anywhere between $5 - $10 to have our prospects hear about the GIFT of Arbonne. The six of us petitioned Stian Morck for a transfer in sponsorship, feeling that we have been decieved and RIPPED-OFF, we could no longer conduct business as usual under liars we no longer trusted. After making us wait for three weeks he denied our request due to Hawaii being poorly trained! That's BS if I ever heard it, why are only two lines conducting their businesses in this manner and not all 487 consultants? Thank God for plan B....
Oh yeah, and nothings going to happen to that consultant YET.

RUBEN ~ Let me tell you your transfer request will be DENIED. If technically we were fraudulently enrolled and proved it, also stacked and proved it and fell upon hardtimes {my cousin is losing her apartment} and yet still made to leave without a care in the world from Mr. Morck I don't feel you have a chance. HOWEVER, my cousin and I along with our downlines have a plan B, care to join us in this venture? First try going to Stian, don't mention our situation as it's still fresh and request your transfer. Be sure to state refrences from their handbook, so that they give a listening ear before shutting you down. Keep me posted PLEASE...

You know all, It seems to me that Stian can't do anything. He seems to be a figurehead. But Bob Henry has a contract due to be renewed next year, if I remember right. Who are his bosses? Who will renew? Maybe logging some complaints there will get him out and start a cleaning process. As long as he is in there and his bosses think he great then there is no hope. But if they knew he is getting them in some hot water they may send him on his way.

Do you really want to be transferred? No team is any different for the most part. I don't know what your plan B is but in the end all profits just advance the tops of the pyramid. You need to resign and get your refund and be done with this mess. DO IT NOW, it takes a long time. It took me a little over 9 weeks for get my refund on my credit card. You may even consider skipping that part and just filing the complaint with the BBB since you have already tried to fix it somewhat and a transfer request was denied. I actually think its SOOOOO funny that they are saying Hawaii was poorly trained - I thought this was supposed to be so simple anyone could do it. And what happened to learn as you go. Ha Ha Ha Ha! Believe me, I am far away from Hawaii and its happening here too, with about 12 kits plus a whole lot of other crapola. Good Luck....Who does renew his contract? What do you think Eric - would it Harvest Partners?

You know I had so much faith in this company to think that I did want to remain a part of it IF I could. I joined for four reason, my boys, now when I look into their eyes my heart breaks over and over again. Arbonnes whole foundation claim is 'integrity' and I need to laugh when I hear that or read their code of ethics. I never graduated from high school I attained my GED instead, the consultant who did this to us has an MBA in business. If I could figure out in less than three months that I was wronged, I'm sure she's well educated enough to know excatly what she was doing. Not to mention the fact that her direct upline is the daughter of a prominante criminal lawyer here in Hawaii - who also has his grubby hands in this 'pot of gold' as they say. I look back at all the eoa's that we recieved with our orders and I remember getting so excitied for them and sharing in their joy. Their basis for joining was their faith in God and it makes me think how hypocritical these women are. Our plan B is to resign - in writing even though we were fraudulently enrolled and Stian admitted that, we aren't a part of Arbonne. We all have submitted letters into the BBB, FTC & the Attorney General here in Hawaii. We are also taking out ads in the newpapers warning others of the deception and lies Arbonne is built on. We're seeking out Arbonne 'places' where all consultants do is rave about what an awesome company they've joined. We're telling family and friends who we've previously hounded to join and letting them know. The young women who helped us write our transfer request and whom we wanted to join under is so sickened by this that she is going to find a way to return her Mercedes, and get out of Arbonne. We will not stop until we feel JUSTICE is served. We refrenced their handbook so much and still NOTHING, she didn't even get a letter stating that a complaint has been filed against her. Their laughing now thinking they've won, but let me tell you, satan never wins a battle that's headed by Godly people!

Ruben on the allergy issue. You are absolutley right on the medical issue and that is why Stian's 2nd letter exclusively dealt with that issue.Judging from all three letters that were sent out, it seems that is only not OK to do the puppy dog system in reference to contamination but it is OK do do it for volume.

Your suggestions about newspaper ads and spreading the word are AWESOMWE. I truly believe that the ONLY way that the company will pay attention is when they start noticing that sales are dropping due to people finding out the truth. And the ads must come from and be signed by consultants. If you do the ads, please share the contents with us. Everyone who has been a consultant on here should start telling everyone they meet about the truth of the Orange Fog. I will as well in any opportunity that I get to do so.

hi eric, that is the same list of recipients that i found on the e & y web stie. it also says that there will be another awards ceremony to award the national winners (these were just regional). I feel so strongly to make sure he doesn't win I will be contacting this company and I urge others to do the same. I would be even happier if they took back the regional award once they find out how slimy this all is.
Eric, I noticed on the arbonne site that there is a seperate log in for VP's. What's there that's different for consultants.
Also, this is interesting, my neighbor who still has an active acct said that the web stats feature changed yesterday and although most of it is the same you can no longer click through to see your entire line. She said it only lists you AM, DM, RVP & NVP & that's it. No one in between or above.

I totally understand all of the emotions that you have had. Its hard to admit you have been duped. Everyone wants to believe people, its human nature. And that is what they are manipulating. GED or MBA, you sound like a smart cookie to me. You go girl!

I know I may not be the smartest person but I did read and understand that P&P manual. It's lik everything in that handbook was flushed down the toilet! Amazing, a company who refrences God so much and states that it's a 'christian-based' company could do this, I guess I can believe it - since I know that satan exsists as well.

Shawna, Just the fact that you read tells me how smart you are. Most people don't because their upline tells them not to bother because they will train them on everything, so they don't. Keep going with that gut instinct and you will be fine. And when people tell you to step out of your comfort zone, your comfort zone is your instincts that they don't want you to listen to. The fact that your line is telling you Arbonne is Christian based is garbage too. Many lines are but that's all part of the emotional sabotage.

Also about the sepatate VP section, I was not ever given a password into that but from what I understand it's just more detailed webstats than other people can get. Probably used by the VPs to manipulate their downlines.

Shawna, I got Stian/Arbonne's attention & a full refund along w/6 of my friends by calling Harvest Partners (talked to Chris Whalen) & told them what was going on & what I was prepared to do legally including using every media outlet available to report their illegal scams. Three hours later Stian called on May 12 said that we would all get a FULL refund & we all received our checks on July 17.

Hi CuzIcan, what do you mean a full refund? Do you mean that you didn't have to take off 10% for a restocking fee of unopened products, or did you also get refunded for opened products that were ordered over 45 days ago? What about brochures, catalogs, etc.? I need to know because I am doing my return next week and I invested over $3,000 and want to get as much of my money back as possible. We really need it now!

We actually are working on it because we just got our denial on Sept 1st. But I'm on the phone with my cousin and we will be calling HP first thing Tuesday morning!
